Ingredients
3 scoops thick vanilla ice cream, or more if desired
2 tbsp heavy whipping cream
1 slice Portillo’s chocolate cake, or any moist double chocolate layer cake with chocolate frosting, add more if desired
Preparation
Add all of the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
You may want to add more vanilla ice cream or milk depending on how thick you want the cake shake to be.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
