1/2 cup butter, softened
2 cup sugar
2 cup brown sugar
5 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
6 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2½ cup chocolate chips
Ina bowl, mix butter until soft, add sugar and mix until incorporated. Use an electronic hand mixer at low level
Add brown sugar until incorporated and scrape bowl. Add eggs a little at a time until fully incorporated. Add vanilla extract. Scrape bowl.
Combine dry ingredients and add a little at a time to sugar mixture until fully incorporated and scrape bowl.
Add chocolate chips all at once until incorporated. Use a 4-oz. ice cream scoop (or 1/2 C. measure) to scoop the raw cookie dough on to a cookie sheet.
Bake at 335° F until done, about 8-10 minutes or until brown.
