Copycat Wendy S Easy Six Minute Fudge Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup dark brown sugar

1 cup white sugar

10 large marshmallows

⅔ cup milk, not sweetened condensed evaporated

1 stick butter, cut into small pieces. (Do not substitute margarine)

1 tsp vanilla

11 oz chocolate chips

1 tsp espresso powder

Mix together brown sugar, white sugar, marshmallows, and evaporated milk in a saucepan.

Over medium heat, stir the mixture constantly until it comes to a full boil.

Boil for 6 minutes, continuing to stir.

Remove from the heat and add butter, vanilla, chocolate chips, and espresso powder.

Stir together well, until chips and butter are melted and the mixture is smooth.

Pour into a buttered 9x9x1-inch pan.

Chill until firm then cut into small pieces.
