Ingredients

3½tbspbutter

3½ozchocolate,use chunks of milk or dark chocolate

3tbsplight corn syrup

4cupscornflakes

Preparation

Combine the butter, chocolate and syrup in a microwavable bowl.

Heat in 30 seconds bursts, stirring well each time, until the mixture is melted, well combined and smooth.

Meanwhile, place the cornflakes into a large bowl.

When the chocolate mixture is melted, pour it over the cornflakes and immediately stir gently, so that all the cornflakes are covered in the chocolate mixture.

Put spoonfuls in a muffin tin or paper cases and place them in the fridge to set for 30 minutes.
