Ingredients

2 lb green beans, blanched, trimmed, and halved

1⅓ lb potatoes, salt-baked, peeled, and cut into cubes

10 oz condensed mushroom soup, (1 can)

6 oz mushroom, (1 can), sliced and drained

1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded and divided

½ cup milk

salt and ground black pepper, to taste

cooking spray

1 tbsp parmesan cheese

¼ tsp parsley

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

In a large mixing bowl, combine all your ingredients together, except for ¼ cup cheese.

Season to taste with salt and pepper. Adjust accordingly, then pour into your baking casserole.

Bake for 25 minutes.

Sprinkle remaining cheese and bake for 5 more minutes.

Garnish with parmesan cheese and parsley. Serve
