Ingredients

6 tortillas

1 ¼ cup chicken, cooked

1 cup Swiss cheese, grated

½ cup green chilies, diced

½ cup mild green chili salsa

2 tbsp sour cream

1 tsp salt

1 cup heavy cream

1 tsp salt

Preparation

Mix together chicken (diced or shredded), green chilies, salsa, sour cream, and 1 tsp. salt in a bowl

Mix heavy cream and 1 tsp. salt in a seperate bowl.

Dip tortillas in cream and fill with chicken mixture.

Roll and place in ungreased baking dish.

Pour any remaining cream over enchiladas and top with cheese.

Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes.
