8 cup applesauce
4 cup sugar
4 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp allspice
2 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp cloves
Stir all ingredients together well in a large bowl.
Transfer to a crockpot and cook, UNCOVERED, on high for 2 to 3 hours. You may even choose to cook it on low for 6 to 7 hours.
It isn’t necessary to stir it. Cool and place into containers. Keep refrigerated or may be frozen
