1 pound ground chicken

1 onion, diced

2 garlic cloves, minced

15 oz white beans

1 cup corn

4 cups chicken stock

1 tsp red pepper flakes

1 tbsp oregano

pinch of salt

pinch of pepper

1 green pepper, diced

Simply combine everything into the crockpot and cook it on high for 30 minutes and then reduce it to low and cook for 1 hour.
