Ingredients
1 box fettuccine, cooked
1 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
½ cup onion, chopped
12 oz white mushrooms, sliced
2 garlic cloves, minced
salt and pepper
¼ cup white wine
½ cup half-and-half
¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
¼ cup parsley, chopped
Preparation
In a large pan, heat oil.
Add mushrooms, onion, garlic, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Cook until mushrooms brown for about 10 minutes.
Stir in wine.
Cook for 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and toss with pasta, half-and-half, and cheese.
Garnish with parsley.
