2 cups orange pulp
½ cup sugar
¼ tsp ground cloves
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp allspice
1 tsp lemon rind
Boil slowly for about 30 minutes, stiring constantly.
Before putting in jars remove the lemon rind.
Pour into sterilized jars.
Seal with paraffin.
