Ingredients
10ozthin Italian pizza crust,(1 package) (12-inch) prebaked
½cupOld El Paso™ taco sauce
2cupsdeli rotisserie chicken,(from 2½ lbs chicken) chopped
1½cupsmozzarella and cheddar cheese blend,(6 oz) shredded
½cupsour cream
1cuplettuce,shredded
1medium tomato,(¾ cup) seeded, chopped
½cuptortilla chips,nacho-flavored, crushed
Preparation
Heat oven to 450 degrees F. On cookie sheet, place pizza crust. In a small bowl, stir taco sauce and chicken.
Spread chicken mixture over pizza crust, leaving a 1-inch border. Top with cheese. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and pizza is thoroughly heated.
Drop sour cream by teaspoonfuls over pizza. Top with lettuce, tomato and tortilla chips. Cut into 8 wedges.
