½ tsp salt

4 tbsp paprika

1 tbsp onion powder

½ tsp thyme

2 tsp black pepper

1 tsp cayenne pepper

3 tbsp garlic powder

1 lb chicken leg

½ cup vegetable oil

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

Grab the chicken legs and place them into a large bowl.

Rub vegetable oil all over the chicken legs, evenly coating all the pieces.

In a bowl, combine the salt, paprika, onion powder, thyme, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well.

Rub the spices onto the chicken legs and place on a baking sheet.
