3 lb brisket, about 3-4 lb
1 bottle chili sauce
1 can Coca Cola, or Dr. Pepper, non-diet
1 pkg onion soup mix
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place the brisket in an oven baking bag.
Mix remaining ingredients together in a bowl. Pour evenly over brisket.
Tie the end of the bag and punch a couple of holes for steam to escape.
Bake for approximately 3 hours, checking from time to time to make sure brisket is tender.
Remove brisket from the bag and place it on a platter. Let cool and slice against the grain to serve.
