Ingredients
1 egg, beaten
¾ cup soft bread crumbs
1½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
¼ cup onion, finely chopped
¼ tsp salt
⅛ tsp pepper
¾ lb ground beef
Preparation
In a bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into two half-inch thick patties.
Pan-fry or broil for 5 to 7 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 160 degrees F.
