2 ripe avocados, chilled
1 lime wedge
1 tbsp chopped purple onion
½ tbsp jalapeno, minced
1 tbsp cilantro, chopped
2 tbsp tomato, diced
¼ tsp salt
Use a medium bowl to mash the avocados. Then add in the juice from the lime wedge.
Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix together. Serve and enjoy!
