2 lb. ground meat, or combination of chicken, turkey, ham or ground beef.

2 eggs , or egg substitute

1/4 cup onions, diced

1/4 cup green peppers, diced

1/2 cup quick oatmeal

1/4 cup catsup

2 tbsp. soy sauce

2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce

1 tsp. garlic, minced

1 tsp. lemon pepper

1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. pepper

Mix all ingredients and form a loaf.

Top with a little more catsup and cover with bacon slices.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.

This could also be made into meatballs and covered with BBQ sauce.

Then you would bake for about 1/2 hr.
