6 pcs tilapia fillets, roughly 15½oz in total
¾ cup parmesan, grated or powder
2 tsp paprika
1 tbsp parsley, chopped
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp ground black pepper
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Using a bowl, put your parmesan, paprika, parsley, salt, and ground black pepper. Using a spoon mix them well together.
Line your tilapia fillets on a non-stick baking pan, then pour olive on both side of the tilapia fillets.
Rub the spice mixture on both sides of the tilapia fillets.
Bake them for 10 to 12 mins until fillets are flakey and cooked through.
Serve with lemon wedges and roasted vegetables.
