Ingredients

2 tsp black currant leaves, chopped

2 cups hot water

honey, to sweeten (optional)

Preparation

Put the black currant leaves inside a teapot.

Pour the hot water into the teapot and allow to steep for at least 4 minutes.

Use a filter to strain the blackcurrant leaves before pouring the tea into teacups.

Add honey according to your preference for flavor.

Serve and enjoy!
