Ingredients
1 medium cabbage head , chopped into 1-inch pieces
1 box Rice-a-Roni Spanish Rice mix, (6.8 oz)
2 lbs ground beef
64 oz tomato juice
Preparation
Chop cabbage and spread out in a large casserole dish.
Mix the rice mix and seasonings, uncooked, with the hamburger.
Form into meatballs and lay on the chopped cabbage.
Pour the tomato juice over the meatball/cabbage mixture.
Bake covered at 300 degrees F for 2 hours, or until cabbage is tender and meatballs are fully cooked.
