Ingredients
1English muffin,whole wheat or regular
1egg white
salt and pepper,to taste
1sliceCanadian bacon,or ham
1slicewhite cheddar cheese
Preparation
Slice the English muffin in half and toast in a toaster.
Sprinkle salt and pepper into the egg.
Pour the egg white into a microwave-safe bowl, approximately the size of the muffin, and microwave for approximately 1 minute and 20 seconds or cook to desired consistency on the stovetop.
Lay the cooked egg white, Canadian bacon, and cheese on the bottom half of the English muffin. Top with the other muffin half.
Serve and enjoy!
