Ingredients

1 onion, medium, chopped

¼ cup butter

7 chicken tenders

10 oz frozen broccoli, chopped

1 cup quick cooking rice, uncooked

1 can cream of chicken soup

½ can chicken broth

1 ½ cups Cheddar cheese, shredded

½ cup water

crushed crackers

Preparation

Place chicken tenders in lightly greased casserole dish.

Saute onion in butter

Add broccoli, rice, soup, chicken broth and cheese. Mix well.

Pour over chicken and top with crackers.

Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees F.
