Ingredients
16 oz. lean ground beef, 96%
1 white onion, diced
1 large green bell pepper, diced
2 medium zucchini, diced
2 tbsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. chili powder
2 tbsp. paprika
1 tbsp. cumin
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
29 oz. Italian tomatoes, two 14.5 oz cans, diced
15 ½ oz. chili beans, canned
15 ½ oz. black beans, canned
Preparation
In a non-stick pot, cook ground beef over medium heat for five minutes.
Add all raw vegetables and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Stir in all spices. Mix in tomatoes and beans.
Cook covered over low heat for 15 minutes.
Serve with crusty French bread and salad.
