1/2 lb. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 cup sugar
2 egg yolks
2 1/4 cups flour
Begin by preheating the oven to 350°F.
Cream butter and sugar in a bowl with a hand mixer.
Add egg yolks, vanilla and mix together.
Add flour and mix well.
Roll out dough and cut shapes with cookie cutters.
Placed on ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
When done cool on a cookie rack.
