Ingredients

8 slices French baguette, cut 1/2-inch thick

1/4 lb. fresh ricotta cheese

8 slices prosciutto

6 dried figs, quartered

2 tbsp. dry Marsala wine

Preparation

Cut the 6 figs into quarters and place in small bowl.

Add 2 Tbs.

Marsala wine and let sit while preparing the rest of the appetizer.

Spread ricotta cheese on the 8 slices of French baguette, top each with one slice of the prosciutto and 3 pieces of fig soaked in the Marsala wine.
