Ingredients
2 eggs, medium
½ cup milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
⅛ tsp salt
1 tbsp powdered sugar
3 tbsp all-purpose flour
3 tsp butter
6 slices bread, thick
chocolate syrup, for topping
icing sugar, for topping
Preparation
In a bowl, whisk the eggs till creamy.
Add milk, vanilla essence, flour, and salt and combine till well-mixed.
Soak bread in the mixture carefully.
Grease the skillet thoroughly with butter.
Toast the bread. Flip toast and cook until both sides are golden-brown, about 2 to 3 minutes each.
Place on a plate and garnish with chocolate syrup and icing sugar. Serve and enjoy!
