Ingredients
1 cup whipping cream
1 cup sour cream
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
½ cup confectioners sugar, may adjust to taste
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 lb strawberries, sliced
Preparation
Beat heavy cream on high until it’s about to reach stiff peaks.
Fold in the rest of the ingredients except for the strawberries.
Scoop the mixture into serving cups. Top each cup with about ⅓ cup of sliced strawberries. Garnish with more whipped cream if you prefer. Serve and enjoy!
