¼ cup olive oil

6 large red bell peppers, cut into strips

2 medium onions, sliced

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 Tbsp O Olive Oil’s Port Balsamic Vinegar

salt

pepper

2 lbs Italian sweet sausage

Heat oil in a heavy skillet over medium heat.

Add peppers, onions, garlic, and balsamic vinegar and saute approximately for 10 minutes.

Cover and cook until tender for about 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook sausages in another heavy large skillet over medium heat until brown and cooked through, turning occasionally for about 15 minutes.

Transfer to a platter.

Surround with peppers.

Sprinkle a little more O Olive Oils Balsamic Vinegar on top and serve.
