½ lb Brussel sprouts, frozen
2 tsp olive oil
¼ tsp sea salt
⅛ tsp ground black pepper
Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes at 380 degrees F.
In a medium-sized bowl combine the frozen Brussel sprouts, olive oil, sea salt, and black pepper.
Spread the vegetable mix in the air fryer basket, making sure to leave room on all sides.
Air fry the frozen Brussel sprouts for 10 minutes. Flip and cook for 7 to 8 minutes, until getting browned and crispy.
Serve with lemon wedges and parmesan if desired.
