Ingredients

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp brown sugar

2 tsp garlic powder

2 tsp peanut butter

2 tsp olive oil

16 fl oz frozen mixed vegetables, 1 package

Preparation

Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, and peanut butter in a small bowl.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat; cook and stir frozen vegetables until just tender. This takes 5 to 7 minutes. Remove from heat and fold in soy sauce mixture.
