1 cup blueberries

1 cup peaches, sliced

1 cup mandarin oranges, drained

1 cup fresh raspberries

strawberries, see below

Dressing:

2 cups strawberries, stemmed and halved, divided

1 tsp honey

1 cup low fat sour cream

1 tsp mint, (minced) any type

Make the dressing by taking about ½ cup of strawberries and puree them in the blender, set the others aside for the salad.

In a bowl, combine the sour cream, honey, mint, and the puree.

To assemble the salad, mix all the other fruit in a pretty bowl and either drizzle with the dressing or serve on the side.
