Ingredients

3 lb red baby potatoes, chopped

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp salt

½ cup water

½ cup chive and onion cream cheese

¼ cup milk

Preparation

Place the potatoes in your crock pot.

Cover with garlic, oil, salt, and water.

Gently toss to combine.

Cover and cook on a high heat setting for about 4 hours.

Using a fork or a potato masher, mash the potatoes.

Stir in the remaining ingredients, adding more milk as needed.
