3 to tomatoes, diced
1/2 onion, diced
1/4 cup tomato paste
2 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
1 tsp sugar, granulated
1 tbsp oregano, dried
3 cloves garlic
1 red chili, thin
1 tbsp cilantro, chopped
salt and pepper
Blend all ingredients, except the cilantro, salt and pepper, in a blender for a few seconds until the ingredients are coarsely chopped.
Mix in the cilantro, salt and pepper before serving.
