Ingredients
2 lbs shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 cloves garlic, minced
dash Worcestershire sauce
½ cup butter
3 lemons, juiced
pepper, to taste
Preparation
In a large saucepan, melt the butter.
Add garlic and saute until fragrant.
Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients.
Let shrimp marinate in this mixture for 30 minutes.
Transfer shrimp to skewers and use an indoor or outdoor grill to cook for two or three minutes.
Serve immediately.
