Ingredients
6 oz orange Jell-O
2 cups hot water
14 oz ginger ale, a little less than
½ cup peaches, thinly sliced, cut into pieces
1 cup cool whip
1 tsp ginger
Preparation
Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
Add ginger ale into a pan for a while to let it get a little flat
Chill until slightly thickened. Add peaches and put it in a mold then chill until firm.
Unmold and serve with whipped cream flavored with the ginger.
