Ingredients
1 can apricot nectar, 46 oz
1 can orange juice concentrate, 12 oz, thawed
2 pkgs unsweetened sliced peaches, 16 oz each, thawed
7 cans lemon-lime carbonated beverage, 12 oz each, chilled
Preparation
In a food processor, bowl, or blender container, add one third each of the apricot nectar, orange juice concentrate, and peach slices.
Cover and blend or process the ingredients until they form a smooth mixture.
Pour the mixture into a freezer container.
Repeat the process with the remaining nectar, orange juice, and peaches.
Cover and seal the overall mixture. Freeze it until it becomes firm.
Scrape about a half cup of the mixture into individual 10-ounce cups.
Add an equal amount of lemon-lime carbonated beverage and stir to combine.
