½ cup Best Foods Real Mayonnaise
2 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp sugar
¾ tsp salt
¼ tsp ground ginger
16 oz coleslaw mix
2 tbsp fresh cilantro, optional,chopped
In a large bowl, blend all ingredients except coleslaw mix and cilantro.
Stir in coleslaw mix and cilantro. Chill, if desired before serving.
