Ingredients
4 fl oz kale
4 fl oz cucumber, medium sliced, (about 3½ fl oz cucumber juice)
1 fl oz celery stalks, medium sliced
4 fl oz green grapes
1 fl oz ginger, sliced
2 tbsp sugar
4 fl oz apple juice, from 5.3 oz apples
2 tbsp lemon juice
1½ cup coconut water
Preparation
Separately run kale, celery, cucumber, and ginger through the juicer and collect all the juices in one large pitcher.
Add sugar, apple juice, lemon juice, and coconut water to the pitcher.
Stir until sugar dissolves.
Garnish and serve.
