Ingredients
2 slices white bread
4 tsp Dijon mustard
1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese, sliced
3 basil leaves
4 oz honey ham, sliced
4 oz Turkey, sliced
½ tomato, sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
Preparation
Take each slice of bread and spread two teaspoons of mustard on the inside.
Take the bottom half and layer it with turkey, cheese, ham, and tomatoes.
Close the sandwich.
Take a non-stick frying pan, pour the olive oil, and put the sandwich in it. When the side has reached a golden brown coloring, flip it.
Grill each side for about 4 minutes.
Once both sides are cooked, cut diagonally.
As a garnish, lay the basil leaves on top and serve.
