Ingredients

5 sprays low-fat cooking spray

4 medium steak tuna

300 grams cherry tomatoes, halved

1 medium onion, red, chopped

55 grams parsley, chopped

1 tbsp capers

1 tbsp lemon zest

1 tbsp lemon juice

¼ tsp salt

¼ tsp pepper

Preparation

Heat a frying pan or grill coated with cooking spray over high heat.

Cook tuna, turning once, until just cooked through, for about 6 minutes.

For rare tuna, cook for less time, if desired. Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine remaining ingredients.

Serve tuna with salsa dressing.
