Ingredients
8 oz. potatoes, mashed
8 oz. pasta, cooked ie: leftover mac and cheese
1 ½ lb. ham, shredded, leftover
8 oz. asparagus, chopped roughly, leftover
1/2 small onion, minced
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup chili sauce
2 tbsp. taco seasoning
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
8 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients except the cheese in a large bowl.
Transfer to a greased 9x13 casserole dish and top with cheese.
Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Allow to cool and settle for 10 minutes prior to serving.
