Ingredients
1 6- lb. smoked pork shoulder
1 cup pure maple syrup
1 Tbsp. mustard powder
1 whole onion
4 whole cloves
2 cups water
Preparation
Place all ingredients in crockpot - peel onion & push cloves into shoulder.
Cook for 8-10 hrs on low setting.
Roast then easily seperates from fat leaving the most wonderful moist pieces of ham.
