4 chicken breast, halves

¼ cup all-purpose flour

¼ cup soy sauce

¼ cup brown sugar

1 can pineapple chunk

In a large bowl mix together the soy sauce, sugar and all of the juice from the can of pineapple (no pineapple chunks).

Pour the mixture over chicken breasts.

Next, top the chicken breasts with chunks of pineapple.

Bake covered in a 350 degree F oven for about 35 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook the white rice in a crockpot.

Finally, place cooked white rice on a dish and serve the chicken over the rice.

Add desired vegetables if you’d like on top of the chicken.

For more flavor go ahead and use chicken thighs for this dish. You will also enjoy the crispy chicken skin.
