Ingredients

4 large bananas, ripe and frozen

2 cups almond milk, unsweetened

4 tsp peanut butter

healthy toppings , of your choice, fresh fruit, almonds, honey etc.

Preparation

Slice bananas and place in a bag.

Freeze overnight.

On the next day, blend bananas, milk, and peanut butter until smooth.

Freeze in a plastic container for at least one hour before serving.

Add your favorite toppings!
