Ingredients
½ cup canned pumpkin, (not pumpkin pie)
¼ cup peanut butter
1 cup old fashioned oats
1 egg
⅛ tsp baking soda
⅛ tsp baking powder
⅛ tsp salt
¼ cup brown sugar, (you could substitute with real maple syrup)
¼ cup pumpkin butter
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp maple extract
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
Spray a donut pan (or mini muffin tin) and pour 1 heaping tablespoon of batter into each spot.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.
