Ingredients

2 cups prepared hearty mustard

1 tsp dried oregano, crumbled

1 tsp dried basil, crumbled

1 tbsp dried tarragon, crumbled

¼ cup herb , or white wine vinegar

Preparation

Pour mustard into a large mixing bowl.

Add the herbs and mix. Gradually stir in vinegar.

Place in a covered jar and refrigerate for a couple of days for flavors to blend.
