Ingredients

1 cup half and half, or milk, or chilled canned coconut milk

1 tsp vanilla extract, (omit if using coconut milk)

2 tsp sugar

4 cups ice

4 tbsp rock salt

mini chocolate chips, optional

peanut butter, drizzle in and optional

cocoa powder, omit vanilla and optional

Preparation

Pour the milk and vanilla extract into a quart sized Ziploc bag. Add in the sugar.

In a gallon sized ziploc bag, fill it with ice. Add the rock salt to the ice bag and shake it up a bit.

Zip the bag of milk and place it into the bag of ice. Tightly seal the bag of ice.

Shake for 5 minutes until the milk has hardened.

Remove the milk bag and sprinkle in the toppings.
