Ingredients
14 oz artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 garlic clove, minced
⅓ cup mayonnaise
⅔ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Place in a lightly greased casserole dish and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees F
Serve warm with crackers and/or toast points.
