Hot Dogs with Mustard Slaw
How to make hot dogs with mustard slaw
Just click here for our Tangy Southern Mustard Coleslaw. You will shred the cabbage. Mix up the dressing. Combine and chill. Grill, boil or microwave the hot dogs. We prefer grilled, always! Using tongs, turn the hot dogs over and grill each side of your frank. Since grill types and size determine how many minutes it takes to grill the perfect hot dog, there’s no magic number. So use a time range of 5-7 minutes for standard beef franks, 7-10 minutes for jumbo franks and 15 minutes for quarter pound franks. Or char them to your liking! Warm the hot dog buns. Then simply place a hot dog in the bun then top with your desired amount of mustard coleslaw. Easy, right? Serve and enjoy these tangy, flavorful hot dogs with mustard slaw! The coleslaw recipe makes about 8-10 servings but can be easily halved. Check our our Bacon Paste BBQ Chicken Kebabs!
