Ingredients
1 cup brown rice
¼ cup red onion, diced
½ cup celery, diced
¼ cup cranberries, dried
½ cup balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing
2 cup water
1 tbsp sugar
Preparation
In a saucepan, bring water to a boil.
Stir in rice, cover, and reduce heat to low.
Simmer for 45 to 60 minutes, or until done.
Transfer rice to a serving bowl, and stir in onion, celery, cranberries, and salad dressing.
Cover, refrigerate, and serve cold.
