Ingredients

10 cup rolled oats

1 tsp salt

1 tsp vanilla

¼ cup honey

10 oz apricot jam

Preparation

Using your hands, mix together thoroughly in a large bowl.

Spread this mixture out on a large cookie sheet and bake at 350 for about 30 minutes until it starts to brown, stirring every 5 minutes or so.

Wrap in parchment paper and store in seal-tight jars.
